Diamond Aluminum Foil Tape is avallable in three types: Hot Melt-based, Solvent-based and FR Grade.Features: Aluminum foil backing gives excellent reflection of both heat and light. The aggressive adhesive gives a very high Initial tack and a permanent bonding for Insulation applications. Suitable for masking in electroplating of aluminum due to its non-contamination properties. For FR Grade Aluminum Foil Tape: It consists of FR Grade Class 0 backing + Flame Retardant Solvent Acrylic Adhesive which provides a wide application temperature range.Applications: Used for joining and sealing Foil-Scrim-Kraft facing laminated fiber glass blanket in the HVAC Industry.For laminating parts of an air conditioning ducting system.For roofing applications like flashing, joints and insulations. Used for sealing and joining ducts which provides an excellent vapor barrier in refrigeration applications. For general purpose holding, patching, sealing for indoor
